A completed Sunday closes at least 5% above the 250-day simple average, or above every one of the preceding 12 Sunday closes. A qualifying entry takes priority.
Exit an established bullish state when Sunday closes at least 5% below the 250-day average and that average is lower than it was 14 calendar days earlier.
During an eligible cycle episode, Bitcoin target ceilings fall to 75%, 50% and 0% at days 395, 470 and 545. A true bearish reset retires an armed episode until the next actual halving.
FN also uses 60-day volatility sizing, allocation tiers and a 5-point trading gap. An unchanged ordinary tier does not trigger a drift rebalance. A bullish state does not always mean a 100% Bitcoin target.
